Summary: Overall a decent experience. We started with some hiccups getting access to the property. Seemed like a VRBO delay vs host issue. Fortunately the host is very quick to respond. The place wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t trashed either. There was a partial roll of toilet paper with no back ups in either bathroom and a light roll of paper towels. Not something major , BUT, still an inconvenience. There was also an issue with the shower spilling out a lot of water. The host did get someone out there right away to try n get that fixed which I appreciated but also still an inconvenience. I will speak highly of the host, their responsiveness was fantastic and they tried to fix the issues.

Summary: I have stayed in Eduardo's properties before, and there is no disappointment. Quiet neighborhood, super clean, and only missing a coffee pot so bring your own!

Summary: This was by far the best rental we have stayed at. It’s new, clean, great neighborhood, and nice appliances. The furnishings are nice, has everything you need. Almost… it does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. Other than that, this place had it all. Big TV in the living room. Coffee maker and full size appliances including a washer and dryer. Excellent place to stay and a great value.
